Service Master PBM of Lincoln is looking to add to our team! We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and dependable housekeepers, cleaners, and janitors. Whether you are seeking full- time, part- time, daytime, evening, or night hours, we have various shifts offered.

Previous cleaning experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right candidate on the areas needing to be serviced as well as duties required to fulfill the position.

• Full-Time Night Shift Housekeeper 5:00pm-2:00am
• Part-Time 'Independent' Evening Housekeeper (2-5 hours per night, up to 25 hours per week)
• Part-Time 'Crew Member' Evening Housekeeper (2-5 hours per night, up to 25 hours per week)

Most positions do not require use of a personal vehicle, however some positions will require a personal vehicle and a valid Driver's License.

No supply transportation is required; all supplies are provided and kept on site.

• Speak, read, and write in English.
• Have your own vehicle that you can use daily for work (including valid driver's license, insurance, and registration).
• Be able to pass multiple background checks.
• 7-day availability: from 6:30am-6:30pm (Daytime employee) or 5:00pm-3:30am (Evening employee); primarily Monday-Friday, weekends as coverage is needed.

This position is responsible for creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customers’, their students, and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities.

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided Service Master products, tools and procedures.
• Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Use proper PPE where required.
• Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required.

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching.
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses.
• 1-2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper a plus but not required.
• Will provide on-the-job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude.
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time.
• Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect.

• Complete a paper application in person at our office located at 2626 'O' St Lincoln, NE. We are open Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm.
• There is a 24/7 contact-less application pick-up/drop-off set up on the back side of our building. The box with applications is under the right hand side awning/doorway next to the large garage door in the alley.
