NP Dodge Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and move-in readiness across multifamily properties in Nebraska/Iowa. The role includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, snow removal, and pool maintenance where applicable.
You will work with supervisors to ensure safety, compliance, and timely work orders, while communicating progress daily and maintaining equipment and inventories.
