Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for a Lincoln community to oversee maintenance operations, service requests, preventive maintenance, staff supervision, safety compliance, and resident service.
You will partner with the Community Manager, supervise maintenance staff and vendors, manage inventory, schedule on-call emergencies, and uphold EPA/OSHA standards while delivering excellent customer service.
