Maintenance Custodian Associate

Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, hazardous materials handling, and reporting unsafe situations to management;
Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures;
Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash per the Environmental Sustainability Program;
Maintain appropriate levels of chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish supplies when low;
Support a positive member experience by maintaining a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors as part of daily duties.
