Title: Environmental Services Associate

Job Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Some weekends required.

Rate of Pay: $ per hour based on experience

Sedgebrook is recruiting for a hospitality focused Environmental Services Associate to join our team! This position is responsible for performing housekeeping throughout the community.

• Exemplify at all times Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization.
• Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents.
• Cleanliness of all public areas, offices and residential building corridors.
• Assist with resident activities setups and breakdowns and any residents request.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred.
• Ability to use floor cleaning equipment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English with residents and staff.
