Hourly Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.80 per hour. Pay is determined by candidate expertise and years of experience.

$25,000 if you have a minimum of 18 months of NICU/ISCU experience.

Registered Nurse – Infant Special Care Unit

Evanston, IL

Full time, 36 hours per week.

1900 – 0730, with weekend rotation.

When needed.

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care in the ISCU.
• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate the patient plan of care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high‑quality patient experience.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred.
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider from AHA required.
• License:
  Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• Experience:
  
  1 year of acute care nursing experience or 1 year ISCU experience preferred.

  NICU/ISCU experience.
