Part‑time. Community:
Lincolnwood Place. Compensation: USD 20.00 – 21.50 per hour. Hourly Rate: 21.50.

Hospitality, Excellence, Appreciation, Respect & Teamwork. This position is responsible for caring for residents under the direction of a Registered Nurse or other nursing staff.

• Take and record vital signs.
• Measure and record height, weight, fluid intake/output.
• Recognize abnormal changes and report to supervisor.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and ADLs.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents.
• Provide skin care.
• Contribute to assessment and plan of care.
• Follow resident schedule set by supervisor.
• Provide emotional and social support.
• Promote and protect resident rights; avoid restraints; support decision‑making.
• Inform supervisor of any resident issues.
• Respect and encourage independence and dignity.

• Level of formal education: high school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Area of study: clinical/nursing.
• Years of experience: 1+ years.
• Special certifications: CNA licensure per state requirements.
• Language skills: acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties.
• Technical competencies: basic computer skills.

  Ability to work as part of a team, handle multiple tasks safely and effectively; proficient verbal and written communication skills.
