Assistant Industrial Maintenance Manager – 2nd Shift

Salary: $95,000 to $100,000 (based on experience)

Schedule: Sunday – Thursday 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM ;
Off Friday and Saturday

• Supervise all aspects of the maintenance department, including personnel, machinery repair, preventive maintenance systems, and building maintenance.
• Oversee mechanics and porters; maintain preventive maintenance programs.
• Aid the maintenance team in diagnostic troubleshooting, monitor quality of repairs, and oversee building and physical plant repair issues.
• Maintain porter schedule to maximize cleaning effectiveness of plant and machinery.
• Adhere to safety programs.

• Minimum 5 years experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or military.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Must have experience with 480 volts high voltage and knowledge of electrical wiring, components, pneumatic, steam, water, hydraulics, and building maintenance.
• Ability to use basic hand tools properly and safely.
• Experience responding in a time‑sensitive environment with urgency.
• Ability to obtain and maintain proper licensing for specific plant machines (boiler license, etc.).

Reports to the Maintenance Manager.
