Conversion - Forklift Operator

Responsibilities

• Report to supervisor for job and crew assignment
• Utilize written and verbal instructions and previously established guidelines to complete assigned responsibilities
• Do daily forklift and RF (Radio Frequency) Unit inspection and report to supervisor
• Maintain safety rules at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform material handling duties such as lifting material weighing 25-75 pounds
• Complete all necessary paperwork on time, accurately and according to guidelines
