The Non-Hazerdouse Grease Technician Helper assists the Grease Technician to provide prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal for customers.

• Climb in and out of the truck at each location to assist Grease Technician
• Use hand controls to operate equipment
• With a crowbar, lifts lid off a grease trap
• Using a pump hose and water hose, pump grease out of restaurants and other commercial tanks. Clean and rinse tanks with a water hose
• Read route sheets and services for each customer as assigned by the dispatcher or supervisor and takes notes on the tickets with delivery and pick up details
• Maintain vehicle operating efficiency by completing preventative maintenance requirements
• Maintain safe operation and clean appearance by complying with organization operational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as state and local driving rules and regulations
• Assist Grease Technician with vehicle and driving records by obtaining receipt acknowledgments, recording tracking information, and completing driver log and vehicle performance forms
• Courteously interacts with customers, supervisors, and fellow employees
• Submit all paperwork on a scheduled timeframe to the dispatcher
• Wash exterior and interior of truck and cab, underframe, tires, and wheels
• Perform other duties as assigned
