We are looking for a dependable Part-Time Facilities Oversight and Day Porter to help keep our office buildings clean, stocked, and presentable throughout the day. This role supports a professional, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
Responsibilities- Maintain cleanliness of common areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms).
- Monitor building conditions and report maintenance or safety issues.
- Ensure common area is operating properly
- Perform spot cleaning as needed.
- Perform light maintenance tasks (e.g., changing bulbs, minor fixes).
- Provide friendly, responsive customer service to building occupants.
- Prior building maintenance or janitorial experience preferred.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to lift 30–40 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
Part-time: 3-4 hours/day
Hours: Monday–Friday
Location: Lindon Utah area
Pay: $22-425 per hour
