Our Real Estate team is looking for a Maintenance Technician to help with a lot of the “heavy lifting” for day‑to‑day tasks in and around our 200,000 sqft building and 17‑acre campus. The position requires 30+ hours per week between 8am‑6pm Monday‑Friday.

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure the health and safety of all employees as assigned by the Facility Maintenance Manager.
• Install and maintain office furnishings, materials and equipment.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and take corrective actions to prevent equipment failures, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to established safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
• Operate various tools and equipment in the performance of duties.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a maintenance role or a related job.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is preferred.
• Ability to problem solve and repair a variety of equipment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs or more when moving furniture or heavy equipment.
