Living Water Clinic – Clinica Agua Viva is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Maintenance & Grounds Assistant to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our healthcare facilities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining organized and functional spaces, and is willing to learn basic facility maintenance skills.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to assist with a variety of indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks. Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, janitorial services, or construction is preferred but not required.

• Perform general landscaping and groundskeeping duties including mowing, trimming, watering, and weed removal.
• Assist with painting, touch-up work, and minor building repairs.
• Maintain facility cleanliness through sweeping, pressure washing, trash removal, and outdoor cleanup.
• Support basic plumbing or fixture replacement projects as directed.
• Assist with moving furniture, office setup, and departmental support tasks.
• Monitor clinic facilities for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance concerns.
• Restock supplies and assist departments with operational needs as needed.
• Support seasonal projects, clinic events, and facility improvement initiatives.
• Report maintenance concerns or repair needs to supervisors promptly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, janitorial, construction, or related fields preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely operate common hand and power tools.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and dependability.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions effectively.
• Willingness to learn and assist with a variety of facility maintenance tasks.

• Basic handyman and maintenance knowledge preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Monday–Friday
• Day Shift
