Looking for a real-deal warehouse gig in Lithia Springs, GA. We need Shipping Clerk workers who don't cut corners, keep things moving, and like seeing a paycheck land every week.

Bring Your Best

• 6+ months of prior experience.
• Capable of lifting 40 lbs. throughout your shift.
• Accuracy with paperwork and counts.
• Dependable attendance.
• Computer literacy – any WMS systems, including AS400, Oracle, Synapse, SAP, Red Prairie; includes Microsoft Office programs.

A Day on the Dock

• Check in/out drivers (Inbound & Outbound) - verifying loads, printing out BOL, and verifying check out.
  • Verify with CSR the correct carrier, missing BOL, etc.
  • Send emails to our account personnel with any variance/issue within IB/OB.
• Release work - depending on the team, release work on a 10 min - 1 hr interval; this includes systematically staging prior to releasing.
• Prioritize work queue (Outbound) - prioritize workload by gate time, replenishments, and expedite last picks.
• Answer customer/operation emails - 1st contact to update requests for loading/unloading/operation within the company account. Send emails to communicate warehouse needs/clarification/correct any issues within operations.
• Update scheduling/follow up past appointments - Carriers will reach out for scheduling inquiries, status updates; answer and follow up on past appointments for rescheduling.
• Prioritize Inbound loads - Pull in trailers from the yard to receive; prioritized based on workload, equipment/product needs, or trailer on site longevity.
• Update system of load information/file - Verify all paperwork (IB/OB) is filled and filed correctly; organized by Inbound/Outbound, date of completion.
