• Maintain the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property, including breezeways and common areas
• Assist with landscaping tasks such as blowing, sweeping, and light grounds maintenance
• Help with apartment make‑ready tasks as needed (trash‑out, basic cleaning)
• Maintain pool and amenity areas to ensure they are clean and presentable
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the team
• Support the maintenance team with additional duties as assigned

• Previous groundskeeping or general labor experience preferred (not required)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the day
