OverviewAs a member of the Maintenance team
, you will be responsible for repairs and preventative maintenance on power equipment and building fixtures to uphold the safety, functionality, and aesthetics in a warehouse environment. Operating under the supervision of the Maintenance Area Manager, you will adhere to established maintenance schedules and guidelines while conducting inspections, cleaning, and repairing facility equipment and fixtures. You must be comfortable working in extreme climates and in physically demanding, fast‑paced conditions with a high focus on safety.
- Maintains, repairs, and conducts preventative maintenance on material handling and building equipment.
- Utilizes established preventive maintenance and repair policies to return equipment to fully operational status.
- Reads and understands technical drawings such as blueprints and schematics to repair/maintain equipment.
- Troubleshoots complex equipment problems where the issue is not immediately visible.
- Works as a team member with operations and other technicians to support facility maintenance.
- Utilizes the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage workload and record actions.
- Operates material handling equipment, battery equipment, moving machinery, and other powered equipment.
- Performs daily preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment such as lift trucks, pneumatic systems, hydraulic equipment, dock equipment, electronic and electrical equipment, etc.
- Moves, lifts, carries, and places merchandise and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
- 1 year experience in industrial maintenance working with electrical, electronics, and mechanical equipment (e.g., forklifts, conveyors, building equipment, automated equipment).
- 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance working with electrical, electronics, and mechanical equipment.
- Experience interpreting blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Additional experience with industrial or non‑industrial maintenance environments.
- Vocational training or certifications related to maintenance.

Hourly wage range: $29.55 – $33.05. Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the location. Premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be awarded based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
