Facilities Maintenance Associate – Uniform Advantage (UAN)

About the role:

The Facilities Associate is responsible for assisting with the day-to‑day operations of the UAN Facility. This associate will perform basic maintenance and facilities duties within our distribution center.

• Base pay starts at $17 per hour
• Earn $2.00 more per hour for weekend shifts
• Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays, as needed

• Responsible for minor building maintenance repairs
• General warehouse cleaning and organizing
• General maintenance and preventive maintenance around the facility
• Vendor/contractor liaison work
• Responsible for keeping warehouse organized and cleaned
• Assisting with projects such as reconfiguring buildings, moving office space, and other light facilities functions
• Assist with the inventory and maintenance of existing furniture and equipment
• Assist with the set‑up of meeting rooms: furniture, chairs, tables, projectors, easels, flip charts, white boards, etc.
• Required to operate various types of power equipment

• Previous custodial experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility required (1–5 years)

• General knowledge of hand tools
• Strong organizational skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Walk up to 5 miles a day
• Stand, walk or sit for long periods of time
• Crouch, kneel or crawl (occasionally)
• Lift, push or pull up to 40 pounds
• Be able to handle noisy conditions
