MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

JOB SUMMARY:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing work orders, repairs, renovations, unit turnovers, and on-call emergencies. This position supports the Lead Maintenance Technician and Community Manager in carrying out maintenance programs, policies, procedures, and preventive maintenance initiatives to ensure the community is well maintained and operating efficiently.

• Complete resident work orders and repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Estimate time, materials, and scope of repairs when needed.
• Respond to maintenance needs across multiple disciplines, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, hardware, masonry, painting, drywall, pools, spas, water features, and trash…
