Facility / Janitorial Quality Control Team Leader – Job Posting SummaryA-Action Facility Services, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Facility/Janitorial Quality Control Team Leader to support multiple locations and ensure all services meet our quality standards and contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct scheduled and random quality inspections
- Document findings, corrective actions, and follow-up
- Support training, coaching, and staff performance improvement
- Assist with staffing coverage, scheduling, and operations
- Maintain communication with clients and management
- Ensure supply levels, safety compliance, and equipment readiness
- 2+ years janitorial or facility service experience (lead/supervisor preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning standards and equipment
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed
