Compensation: $18-$22/hr pay is based on experience.
Schedule:
Full-time Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Wash Bay Attendant who will be responsible for cleaning and preparing Bobcat and other machinery, supporting general shop tasks, and assisting the service team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all equipment is presented in top condition for customers and internal use, contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.
- Clean and detail equipment, including pressure washing and degreasing machinery.
- Inspect equipment for damage, wear, or maintenance needs during the wash process.
- Move equipment safely within the shop and yard using forklifts or skid steers (training provided if necessary).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay and surrounding areas.
- Assist with basic yard duties such as organizing equipment and supplies.
- Assist service technicians with general shop tasks as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Dispose of waste materials and used cleaning products safely.
- Report any issues with equipment or facilities to the service manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Experience operating Bobcats or similar compact construction equipment.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical work including bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for long periods.
- Exposure to water, cleaning chemicals, noise, and heavy equipment.
