** Position Summary*
* As a Facilities and Grounds Tech, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetic and operational integrity of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

+  
** Industrial Painting:
** Prepare surfaces and select appropriate paints to ensure high-quality results.

+  
** Routine Maintenance:
** Perform essential maintenance on equipment related to building and grounds upkeep.

+  
** Seasonal Responsibilities:
** Manage snow removal during winter months, ensuring safe environments for everyone.

** What We're Looking For*
* The ideal candidate will possess some or all of the following skills and attributes:

** Independence and Attention to Detail:
** Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards.

** Strong Communication

Skills:

** Effectively interact with team members and management.

** Familiarity with technology to complete daily work orders.

** Ability to address electrical and mechanical issues.

** Versatility in Maintenance Tasks:
** Experience in carpentry, drywall installation, plumbing, and masonry.

** High school diploma or GED preferred.

** Related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

** Training:
** Company-paid training at Sherwin Williams upon hire.

** Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions.
