Job Title

The community is hiring a maintenance agent attached to the maintenance service. Reporting to the supervisor, the agent independently ensures the cleanliness of the premises and contributes to ensuring reception conditions in accordance with hygiene, safety, and environmental rules. The agent performs cleaning operations in administrative, technical, and specialized premises (sweeping, washing, dusting, vacuuming). They carry out the sorting and disposal of waste, check the cleanliness of the facilities, and report any anomalies.

They use and maintain equipment and products in accordance with instructions. Occasional missions may be assigned to them according to the needs of the service.

The candidate masters cleaning techniques and hygiene rules. Autonomous, meticulous, and organized, they know how to manage their activity, respect instructions, and report to their superiors. They show discretion, adopt a professional attitude when in contact with the public, and respect the values of the public service.
