Dominium-1 seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for Lakeside Manor, a 176-unit apartment community in Little Elm, Texas. You'll be responsible for maintaining the property’s appearance, leading the maintenance staff, and performing preventative maintenance.
Qualified candidates should have 3-5 years in maintenance, knowledge in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems, and preferably hold a CPO certification. The company offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
