About the Role

Early Bird Little Ferry Inc is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, drying, pressing, folding, and organizing laundry while ensuring all items are handled with care. You will safely operate and maintain laundry equipment, follow proper cleaning procedures, and help keep the laundry area clean, organized, and efficient.

The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering high-quality work, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to providing excellent customer service. You will interact with guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner, respond to their laundry needs, and help ensure a positive customer experience. Your efforts will ensure that guest clothing, linens, and other laundry items are cleaned, maintained, and returned in excellent condition, contributing to a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests.

• Wash, dry, fold, and package customer laundry with care and attention to detail.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the facility at all times.
• Respond to guest requests with professionalism and patience and give excellent customer service.
• Maintain adequate inventory of laundry supplies and consumables and restock when necessary.

• Previous experience as a Laundry Attendant, Housekeeper, or Cleaner is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of performance.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as required.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written preferred).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.
