Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled A&P Mechanic to perform maintenance and troubleshooting on both client and company-owned aircraft. The ideal candidate will execute tasks efficiently and uphold high-quality standards while utilizing relevant technical data.
Responsibilities- Perform maintenance and inspection tasks as required by the work scope.
- Utilize applicable technical data for servicing, lubrication, troubleshooting, repair, and modifications.
- Ensure familiarity with the Quality Control systems and procedures of the Repair Station/Quality Control Manual.
- Complete aircraft maintenance paperwork and forms according to methods outlined in the RSM/QCM.
- Support Aircraft Crew Chief with shift turnover requirements as per RSM/QCM.
- Collaborate with the Customer Project Supervisor to achieve on-time and on-budget objectives.
- Provide services and deliverables that meet and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices using a 5S system: sort, set in order, shine, standardize, and sustain.
- Focus on Human Factors to minimize defects in workmanship and ensure safety.
- Observe and administer company rules, regulations, safety policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Support the corporate mission and vision through achievement of department goals and objectives.
- A&P Certification.
- Troubleshooting experience.
- Experience working on all aircraft components.
- Ability to identify issues and find solutions using manuals.
Skills & Qualifications
- Falcon Jet or turbo prop experience preferred.
The role operates on a 1st shift schedule that rotates monthly, with hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Overtime is available, and you will be part of a maintenance department with approximately 30 personnel, including mechanics and interior specialists. Work packages are managed by leads who distribute tasks among the team.

Pay and BenefitsPay range: $28.00 - $40.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
