Maintains Buildings And Equipment
* Performs minor carpentry duties
* Services bathrooms and drain and sewage stoppage
* Checks and cleans filters/screen on washer, dryer and ice machines
* Checks lights and replaces bulbs as needed
* Ensures proper temperature on water heaters
* Changes outlet or wall switches
* Replaces light fixtures
* Performs safety inspections of all new electrical equipment and inspects on annual basis
* Moves furniture upon request
* Performs other miscellaneous maintenance tasks
This position is deemed safety-sensitive
High School education or equivalent
Two years experience in the maintenance of buildings and equipment
Valid Arkansas driver's license with record acceptable in insurance carrier
