JOB OBJECTIVE:
To receive, document, and securely store impounded vehicles that come into the possession of the Department of Fleet Services’ Vehicle Storage Facility; processes release of vehicles in compliance with all applicable Departmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:This position is designated as a safety/security sensitive position and is subject to random drug and alcohol screening.
- Must be available to report to work during inclement weather, and work shift assignments which include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess certification as a forklift operator within one (1) year of employment and maintain certification for the duration of employment in this position.
- Must possess a valid Arkansas Class D (Non-Commercial Vehicle) Driver’s License before employment and maintain licensure for the duration of employment in this position.
- Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends and respond to emergency calls as required.

These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through completion of High School to include six (6) months of basic computer experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
