We are searching for a dedicated and energetic apartment housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of residential apartment communities. In this vital role, you will ensure that each living space meets high standards of hygiene and comfort, creating a welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike. Your proactive approach to cleaning, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills will contribute significantly to the satisfaction of our residents.

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of apartments, including dusting, vacuuming, floor care, and surface sanitation to ensure a spotless living environment
• Execute laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and resident clothing with care and efficiency
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and cleaning equipment to maintain hygiene standards
• Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting, furniture moving, and outdoor work to access hard-to-reach areas safely
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas including hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and outdoor spaces through regular janitorial practices
• Manage floor cleaning routines such as mopping, sweeping, carpet cleaning, and floor care to preserve flooring quality
• Communicate effectively with residents regarding their cleaning needs or concerns while providing exceptional customer service
• Use proper custodial techniques for cleaning surfaces like countertops, appliances, bathroom fixtures, and windows to ensure thorough sanitation
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols related to handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents or injuries
• Organize daily schedules efficiently through time management skills to maximize productivity during shifts

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments such as housekeeping management or janitorial roles
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures including sanitation standards and use of various cleaning detergents and equipment
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail with excellent dusting, surface cleaning, and floor care skills
• Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly with residents and team members
• Experience in laundry operations and outdoor work is preferred but not mandatory
• Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and hotel or custodial experience is advantageous
• Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
