Capitol Plaza Hotel in Little Rock, AR is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, complete and document guest and associate work orders, and troubleshoot minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. You will maintain pool systems, repair furniture and equipment, and assist with seasonal landscaping and groundskeeping.
Minimum six months of general maintenance experience is required; hotel maintenance experience is preferred.
