Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Water Well Drill Support Team, based in Carlisle, Arkansas. Team members will assist in drilling operations, provide technical and logistical support, perform maintenance on equipment, and troubleshoot machinery issues. Additional responsibilities include ensuring safety standards are upheld, and collaborating with team members to ensure project timelines are met effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License
• Must be able to pass drug testing. (Medical Marijuana is not an exception due to OSHA Regulations)
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adhere to safety standards
• Previous experience in well-drilling operations or a related field is a plus.
• Having a CDL is preferred but not required. CDL License holders will be preferred above non-CDL license holders.
• Willingness to work onsite in varying conditions, with a focus on operational efficiency and safety
• Starting Compensation depends on Experience and CDL License.
