Your Role as a Collision “A” Technician:
  • Disassemble & reassemble vehicle components and assemblies.
  • Remove, install & align welded-on & bolted-on parts.
  • Perform MIG & STRSW welding.
  • Repair steel sheet metal, plastic & composite components.
  • Prepare all repair areas for refinishing procedures.
  • Identify & communicate secondary damage for approvals.
  • Conduct test drives & diagnostic testing.
  • Perform quality inspections before delivering vehicles to customers.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Assist other technicians & follow all shop policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 8+ years of experience in structural repair & collision work.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude & troubleshooting skills.
  • Skilled in MIG & STRSW welding, frame repair, & lift operation.
  • Detail-oriented & efficient in time management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Valid Driver’s License Required.
  • I-CAR Certifications Preferred.
