Maintenance Assistant

Experience the EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team at The Sullivan. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will maintain the buildings and ancillary/amenity areas while assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with day‑to‑day operations and ensuring residents and staff needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect and maintain the property, buildings, and equipment.
  • Organize, prioritize, and complete unit make‑readies, service requests, and general maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure grounds, buildings, and units are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
  • Respond to emergency conditions before, during, or after business hours.
  • Maintain supplies, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.
Qualifications
  • One year of maintenance experience in property management or a related field.
  • Possession of minimum required tools.
  • Ability to be available on call 24 hours, seven days a week.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license.
Required Testing
  • Criminal background check, non‑DOT testing, and motor vehicle records.
Position Type
