Maintenance Assistant
Experience The EMBREY Wayby joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance Assistant
at The Sullivan.
As a Maintenance Assistant
, you will maintain the buildings and ancillary/amenity areas along with assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in the operations of the Maintenance Department and meeting the needs of our residents and staff.
- Inspectandmaintaintheproperty,buildingsandequipment.
- Organize,prioritizeandcompleteunitmake-readies,service requests and general maintenance tasks.
- Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
- Respond to emergency conditions before, during or after business hours.
- Maintainsupplies,toolsandequipmentneededfor maintenanceandrepairs.
- One year maintenance experience in property management or related field
- Possession of minimum tools required
- Ability to be available“oncall”24hours,seven days a week
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR
- Hourly Rate
- Full-time
