Intermediate Maintenance Planner

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Maintenance Planner to coordinate and optimize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities supporting our additive manufacturing equipment and facility assets. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on maintenance planning experience in a manufacturing environment and can effectively prioritize work, develop schedules, manage resources, and minimize disruptions to production. This role has an onsite work schedule requiring the person to be in the onsite location 5 days a week,
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

• Utilize the Fiix CMMS to create, prioritize, schedule, and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work orders.
• Develop maintenance job plans, including labor estimates, required skill sets, tooling, spare parts, contractor support, safety requirements, and equipment downtime coordination.
• Prepare detailed maintenance work packages containing technical procedures, drawings, equipment manuals, permits, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with Production and Operations teams to maximize equipment availability while minimizing manufacturing disruption.
• Monitor schedule compliance, adjust priorities based on business needs and equipment criticality, and ensure timely closure and documentation of maintenance activities.
