We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership of facilities operations for a growing, multi-location organization. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys managing everything from building systems and preventative maintenance to vendors, construction projects, physical security, budgets, and long-term facilities planning.
With continued organizational growth and recent expansion, this is an opportunity to join a stable organization where your expertise will have a direct impact on employees, operations, and future locations.
What You'll DoAs Facilities Manager, you'll serve as the primary point person for the organization's buildings, grounds, equipment, and physical infrastructure. You'll work independently while partnering with leadership, employees, contractors, landlords, and service providers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee facilities operations across multiple locations, ensuring buildings are safe, functional, well-maintained, and professional.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, generators, roofing, elevators, appliances, and other building systems.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive preventative maintenance program and rolling five-year facilities plan.

We're looking for someone who combines technical facilities knowledge with strong business judgment. You don't need to personally perform every repair, but you should understand building systems well enough to diagnose problems, determine what needs to happen, select the right resources, and make sure the work gets done correctly.
Qualified candidates will typically bring:

- Strong budgeting, purchasing, contract management, and cost-control skills.
- The ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple facilities needs across different locations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively when unexpected issues arise.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
- A valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations as needed.
A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. Candidates with significant facilities experience, technical or trade education, and/or professional facilities or property management certifications are strongly encouraged to apply.
