Objective of Job

Install, maintain, and repair machinery and/or equipment while coordinating maintenance technicians and equipment (scheduling) and planning and conducting OJT training for maintenance techs.

• Support the supervisor in the organization and the allocation of shift personnel based on the call from each operations area, ensuring that a work order is entered into the system.
• Provides recommendations to supervisors regarding disciplinary actions, associate development, including cross-training, time‑off/PTO.
• Ensures and supports company policies and procedures are followed.
• Recognize and eliminate weak areas; develop suggestions for eliminating weak areas.
• Advise on planning, selection and procurement of equipment, taking into account company standards and user‑specific requirements.
