Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM

• Direct employees and outside contractors in apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs and ground maintenance.
• Obtain bids for work from outside contractors. Assemble, analyze and submit bids to superiors for action.
• Order and receive supplies, appliances and equipment from vendors.
• Coordinate work performed by outside vendors and inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and standards.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to determine need and extent of service, equipment required, and type; study production schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements for job assignment.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew.
• Assist the Property Manager in planning and administering the maintenance budget.
• Participate in after-hours and emergency coverage as assigned.

• At least 2 years of related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Experience in all trades.
• Excellent written, communication, and computer skills.
• Past supervisory experience required.
• Current driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Salary: $38.00–$40.00 per hour. Competitive compensation package includes a 401(k) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location.
