** Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with overtime as needed

** Job Summary*
* We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and operation of facility systems and manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment while ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.

** Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
* + Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on facility and manufacturing equipment.

+ Assist with the upkeep and operation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.

+ Identify equipment issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.

+ Perform preventative maintenance tasks according to established schedules.

+ Support facility improvement projects and equipment installations as needed.

+ Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete required documentation.

+ Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

+ Work collaboratively with production, quality, and management teams to ensure facility and equipment reliability.

+ Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.

** Preferred Skills and Experience*
* + Mechanical aptitude with hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience.

+ Experience working in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment preferred.

+

Experience with boilers, chillers, and related utility systems is a plus.

+ Knowledge of basic chemistry and microbiology laboratory techniques is preferred.

+ Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

+ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.

+ Strong sense of accountability, responsibility, and ownership of assigned projects and tasks.

+ Ability to communicate effectively and work with employees at all levels of the organization.

+ Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a team-oriented environment.

** Qualifications*
* + High School Diploma or equivalent required.

+ Technical knowledge or experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or related maintenance fields.

+ Previous facilities, maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Must be able to work overtime as required by business needs.
