J&H Janitorial Company, LLC is seeking a Janitorial Subcontractor to maintain cleanliness across commercial spaces. This is a 1099 contract, in-person work, with evenings and variable contracts, paid at a flat monthly rate of 1500 USD.
Reporting to the Regional Office, you will perform floor care, custodial tasks, and general cleaning to meet high standards. You must provide your own cleaning equipment and chemicals, have reliable transportation, and be able to pass a criminal background check
