Metropolitan YMCA of the Oranges seeks a Maintenance II to report to the Sr. Facilities Director and keep our facilities attractive, safe, and well-maintained through repairs and routine maintenance of buildings and grounds to support the member experience.
Responsibilities include supervising Maintenance I staff, coordinating scheduling and payroll, and executing general maintenance tasks, logs, inspections, and coordination with outside contractors, with pool checks and backup operator duties
