Service Technician

Weingartz - Livonia, MI

• Maintenance, tune‑up, and repair of lawnmowers, snow blowers, and other outdoor power equipment.
• Providing information about job status through the order tracking system.
• Evaluating equipment issues and providing estimates on repair details and costs.
• Performing maintenance, repairs, installations, or inspections as scheduled, following technical procedures and safety guidelines.
• Reviewing the status of open service orders, including specific requirements and issues.
• Demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness, improving and promoting quality, and monitoring own work to ensure quality.

• Ability to work with tools and solve mechanical problems.
• Experience with small engine diagnostics.
• Ability to work independently with light supervision in an efficient manner.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
• Experience working on Exmark, Toro, Cub Cadet, Honda, or Boss equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience with previous mechanical work in any industry is a plus; we can train you to work on our equipment.
• Will need to have your own tools; we can provide starter tools until you are established.

$22 - $28/hr

• Full‑time position
• Retail hours:
  Monday‑Friday (8:00 am – 6:00 pm or 7:00 pm) and Saturday (9:00 am – 4:00 pm)
