Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing various industrial equipment. This role involves performing preventative maintenance (PM) on foundry equipment, troubleshooting CNC machines, and managing general facilities maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.

• Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment such as ovens, furnaces, baghouses, and bucket elevators.
• Troubleshoot and repair CNC machines and foundry equipment.
• Conduct general facilities maintenance, including snow plowing, light fixing, and minor building repairs.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Industrial maintenance experience, preferably with foundry equipment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience performing basic preventative maintenance on industrial equipment.

• CNC maintenance experience is preferred.
• Flexibility to work overtime and on weekends as needed.

The facility operates two shifts, 20 hours a day, with the first shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and the second shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Employees have the flexibility to work 2-3 Saturdays a month in a clean environment with cutting-edge equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Livonia, MI.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
