SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodian in Michigan to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. The role requires performing daily janitorial duties and following safety procedures, while supporting the shift lead with punch-list items.
The Custodian will operate motorized cleaning equipment, manage hazardous waste tasks, and ensure professional conduct and teamwork. Training is 3–6 months, with drivers license and safety certs potentially required.
