NOW HIRING: RESIDENTIAL CLEANING SUBCONTRACTORS
From The Top Cleaning Service is seeking dependable and experienced independent cleaning subcontractors for residential cleaning assignments.
What We're Looking For- Previous residential cleaning experience
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Working cellphone
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and complete jobs on time
- Must be able to provide a completed W-9
- Proof of business and liability insurance may be required
- Standard and deep cleaning
- Move-in and move-out cleaning
- Kitchens and bathrooms
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
- Sanitizing surfaces and emptying trash
This is an independent subcontractor opportunity with flexible assignments and competitive per-job pay. Most assignments are available Monday through Friday.
