Extended Stay - - - Responsibilities:
Responds to and assists with all guest requests with diligent follow-through in accordance with company guidelines and procedures.;
Performs out of room cleaning to maintain premises in pristine condition.;
Performs repairs listed on work orders in a timely and professional manner.;
Completes preventative maintenance inspections and repairs as outlined in the Green Shield Binder.;
Maintains records such as Guest Room PM deficiencies, PM Room Inspections, Life Safety Inspections, and Elevator Inspections.
