We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join a busy, well-established repair shop in Lombard, Illinois. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician with solid repair and diagnostic skills who is looking for consistent workflow, ongoing training, and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance and mechanical repairs
- Assist with drivability diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Utilize shop management software to document repairs and workflow
- Deliver high-quality repairs while maintaining productivity
- Work collaboratively with an experienced team of technicians
- Provide excellent customer service through quality workmanship
- Three or more years of professional automotive repair experience
- Some diagnostic experience
- Computer proficiency and the ability to use shop management software
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Professional, dependable, and punctual
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Self-motivated and eager to continue learning
- $30-$40 per hour
- Up to $100,000+ annual earning potential
