Carlson Building Maintenance is seeking a Floor Care Technician to maintain floors on client sites. The role covers stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction and bonneting, with supervision at Carlson locations.
You will work as part of a team, interact professionally with customers, and handle early morning or night shifts as needed. Schedule is Sunday through Saturday off Thursday, 5:00 am to 11:00 am, totaling 36 hours per week.
