Two Coast Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance at a multifamily property in Lombard, IL. This on-site, hands-on role supports resident needs, upkeep, and safety across buildings and amenities.
The position follows a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with on-call duties (including occasional weekends/holidays). Base pay ranges from $28 to $30 per hour, with discretionary bonuses and performance-based incentives possible.
