Service Technician - Alta Oak and Pine

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect and making repairs;
Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing by performing pre-move-out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, and inspecting completed work;
Access and obtain materials and supplies from the property maintenance department and track inventory;
Complete documentation and paperwork for service requests in a timely and accurate manner;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by trash cleanup, pressure-washing, cleaning, and painting as needed
