Maintenance Assistant Responsibilities

The Maintenance Assistant at Lone Tree Retirement Center will assist with maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the community.

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs
  • Assisting with plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks
  • Completing preventative maintenance assignments
  • Maintaining resident rooms and common areas
  • Assisting with groundskeeping and outdoor maintenance
  • Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests
  • Assisting with equipment inspections and repairs
  • Supporting all departments as needed
  • Following safety procedures and community standards
Qualifications

Lone Tree Retirement Center is seeking candidates who are:

  • Dependable and self-motivated
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Experienced in general maintenance duties preferred
  • Knowledgeable in basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry work
